With 28 years of corporate experience, Lyn began her career in Natural Therapies 18 years ago and offers you a wide array of skills to help you achieve optimum health and wellbeing. Lyn brings a wealth of knowledge in counter balancing the pressures of corporate life, project deadlines and travel stress when consulting in corporate business. Lyn has conducted presentations and consultations in many different organisations over the past 10 years including stress management using a simple style of meditation that so many people have enjoyed and gained benefits from.
Lyn believes that our responsibility for our own physical health and well being is paramount to achieving optimum health and that each person is unique in their presentation requiring individual assessment, treatments and remedies to achieve their goal. She offers care, support and encouragement with your journey of healing and wellness and providing integrated natural therapies to assist and facilitate you as you move forward achieving your desired result.
You will never feel rushed during your consultation/treatments since Lyn provides an environment where you can relax and allow yourself be heard. Personalised client consults that are professional where a thorough case history will be taken unlike many experiences you may have had with medical doctors. To seek the source of the problem we need history and detail, quick rushed consults only aim at treating the symptoms, this is not the correct naturopathic way.
Lyn holds a Diploma in Naturopathy; Medical Herbalism; Nutrition; Food Therapy; Iridology; Ayurvedic Energetics; Remedial Massage; Polarity Therapy; Aromatherapy; Advanced Bowen Therapy; Cert IV Registered Workplace Trainer along with Certificates in Touch For Health; Aura Soma Colour Healing; Rekindled Ancient Wisdom (RAW - energy balancing) and Reiki/Energy Healing.
Lyn also conducts regular workshops in Reiki energy healing, meditation, colour/sound therapy, and community talks. She also writes educational health topics for a number of magazines both here in Australia and UK and is constantly researching.
